“ So. Today is my 1 year anniversary and we had gotten our wedding cake from Fredericks. It has been in out freezer FOR A YEAR AND I FORGOT TO WRAP IT PROPERLY. We just finished the traditional eating wedding cake on our 1 year AND THE CAKE STILL TASTES GREAT! Yes there was some inevitable freezer burn on parts that were exposed,BUT the inside of the cake was still fresh and tasted amazing. Ladies and gents, if you get married and need a cake that tastes amazing the day of your wedding, and A YEAR LATER, I highly recommend their almond pound.
